  Ray was attentive, absorbed my detailed preferences as guard rails, but still creative in his suggestions. As a guy, this was not something I was looking forward to. The conversation flowed as did the humor, all while working toward a design solution.

  Mallory's customer service was outstanding!
  Ray, Skylar, and everyone else I encountered was extremely helpful, too, as was James Landa at the Design District location.
  The space and displays are much less overwhelming than the big-box stores and the staffing ensures that you get immediate help if you need it (and I needed it).
  The icing on the cake is that you can return unopened, unused boxes of extra tile.

  Great experience with Mark J at this Tile Shop location! He was extremely helpful in the selection of my tile. And the follow up after ordering was above anything I could have expected. I was wanting same lot number for my tile and he called every store nationwide that had inventory to search and have it delivered to Dallas location. Highly recommend working with Mark J at this location (and his cousin). Great service with an outstanding tile quality!

  Beverly Crockett has the very best customer skills and expertise. I was always promptly greeted and assisted with professionalism. Beverly even suggested a less expensive tile when I mentioned “rental property “. Entire staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A joy to work with - I didn’t even shop around because I felt they understood my needs and offered the best price. I can’t wait for my next project so I that I will have the opportunity to work with The Tile Shop again.
