  Bobby is a nice guy. Even if you don't need an allignment he will still say HI and talk to you. They say he is one of the best in the business. I see he is busy all the time. Guys like him always do things well. Hats off to Bobby Garrett; the world needs more of your type.

  I Highly recommend Bobby Garret’s for alignments.  I called to insure they worked on Class C motorhomes with the Ford E450 Super Duty chassis.  Within a couple of hours they had road tested it (1) prior to working on it, (2) after rotating tires to eliminate them affecting the handing and (3) after doing the alignment.  It now drives perfectly at slow and highway speeds.  Very quick service at a good price. I will use them again. Thanks!

  Bobby is awesome. I've never had an issue with any of his alignments and his prices are always excellent. He is super honest, down-to-earth, hard-working, always on the move and always busy, but he will take time to call you back and advise you on what he thinks is best for you. If there are suspension parts that he needs to procure, he would use quality parts that he would use on his own car. My CV axle and boot are going bad and he said, "You've got time. If you notice shaking in accelerating, then it's time." That's honesty right there. If I could find a general mechanic equivalent of Bobby, I would be golden. He's got my business for as long as I stay around Dallas and until he retires!

  This may be a strange format for a review, but it's the only way I could think to really explain what it's like doing business with Bobby Garrett. First and foremost, there's a reason this shop doesn't need to advertise and could probably care less about having a website or posting on social media. Bobby does business the old fashioned way and his business is all word of mouth.
  
  He honors commitments and keeps promises. If he says something, you can bet on it being like he says it is. If he says he'll do something, he does it.
  
  Take the knowledge and competence of a winning NASCAR crew chief, the work ethic of Steve Jobs, the integrity and calm, cool demeanor of the Dali Lama, combine them, then add a sound system that plays classic rock jams 24/7. That's maybe literally the best way I can describe Bobby.
  
  I drive about 20 minutes each way to take multiple cars per month to him, when there's plenty of alignment shops within blocks of me to choose from. That says a lot. You won't regret letting Bobby earn your business.

  These guys are the best. I won't hesitate to give him a reference.
  I just got a Mustang and I bought a Ford Performance Track Handeling Pack.
  The guys stayed later to get my car done.
  Bobby's prices are fair. Bobby took the time to not only tell me, but to show me.
