  From the 1st phone call to the courtesy followup call this has been a very easy transition to our new phone system. Dave, Robi, Kathy & the two techs who did the actual installation, were all very professional and efficient.

  The entire team from National Telesystems Inc. was very friendly and responsive. We signed a new lease and all the hardware was replaced. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time and they had everything operating with only a few minutes of down time. Very professional and prompt service.

  Changing phone systems is a difficult position to be in. As we shopped for the best value National Telesystems separated themselves from all of the companies we interviewed. They sent Tracy, a human, to listen to our needs and concerns. Their proposal was professional, and exactly what our vision was. The implementation was seamless, and professional. They have excellent training and are are flexible to change. A funeral home requires 24 hour, uninterrupted service. This was accomplished! I cannot find any issue, we are totally satisfied. Please call for additional comments. They are 5 Star???? They have even convinced me that they want my business - and they care!!! Isn’t that the way the phone used to be?

  Outstanding customer service! We highly recommend this company to anyone. Needed our entire phone system replaced within 24 hours and they came to our rescue immediately! We love our new system and the wonderful staff made the emergency situation we were in run 100% smooth. They completed our entire requests and install in a matter of 24 hours!

  The biggest thing I can say about this company is the honesty, professionalism and years of experience has made our change over effortless thanks to National Telesystems. L&L Fabrication had a mess for a phone and internet system that combined two buildings.
  
  Our service tech was Shawn Massey who we like to call our electronic wizard ( this gentleman is every bit of a master and an all around great guy, was more like a friend than a repairman or service tech and explained things so we could fully understand) and our account manager/coordinator George Lourias went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations for service and had all the answers to our questions. The crazy change over went so smooth on National Telesystems side that what normally would take 4 hours was completed in only an hour. Fast, reliable and these folks know what customer service is about. If in the future your looking to upgrade or service your current system National Telesystems is hands down the company that can get it done. Great job to you both!
