They were able to come out and give us a quote for window repair (free of charge!) and when we decided to move forward, they were quick and responsive, I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I give 4 stars because my table glass top was graped up on paper, I was expecting something more protective, but it arrived safe to my house. I will definitely recommend Alamo Glass and Mirror!
