POLLOS LA PULLITA DALLAS

1st time ever stopping by this establishment. I walked inn and was greeted in a very friendly manner by two young male employees that were working behind the counter. I placed my order after a few minutes that I had walked inn. Everyone that was working in the morning greeted in a friendly manner as they were getting ready for their lunch rush. I was very satisfied with the fast service as I had the chance too enjoy my entire order once I made it home.

Giving it 4 stars but with some constructive criticism.

The food is not the best quality, the chicken does not have a premium taste that a chicken is expected to taste in a wooden fire,(must be because it is microwaved after its been sitting around) and that is ok. The price made up for the lackluster taste. Again the rice is served in a cup and im guessing it is stored all day in a thermal machine, giving it a 1 out 5 in taste (probably microwaved too). Love the idea though , wood fire chicken ? Havent seen one around in a bit. Best thing here? The caramelized grilled onion! Id have that all that with no chicken.

People were super nice. Food portions are great and good flavor also. :)

Ribs are delicious, I recommend ordering the ribs well cooked, they have an incredible flavor. The red sauce is hot and tasty... owners please do not add too much water to the sauce.

Amazing wood-fired chicken, great tacos, and the beans and rice were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Don't let appearances fool you: this isn't fast food, this is restaurant quality food with a drive thru option. We're definitely coming back to sample other menu items
