The only thing that I would say is that I wish it was more organized and not so cluttered. I was able to buy a pulse oximeter for my mom and a thermometer and each one under $20. I bought some "airpod like" earbuds and the quality is A1. I was able to buy new mask and very decent reasonable prices and a variety of different designs. I wish they had an online store!!!”

“I was just about to stomach ordering new inserts for my 997 buckets and at a last attempt to find an alternative to the 5k direct from factory replacements, I found P1 Designs and Kim. I placed my order at night on the east coast and I woke to an email that the order was received and with an estimated ship date. Kim followed up a week later to confirm that date. She even sent me photos of the finished product before shipping along with tracking info. As far as quality and construction, dare I say they are better than factory!!!! I wish every business I dealt with provided service like this. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND REPLACEMENTS BY P1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
