    I had a great experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. I will be back every time I need to give a little attention to my car.

    Glenn Benedick was very helpful and nice. He took the time to call me to give updates on my car situation. I definitely appreciate his sense of professionalism.

    I can't remember his name but the guy who helped me out was super nice even tho it was an early Monday morning after a holiday and was eager to help. Me also helped me fill my segway tire that was flat which I really appreciated! Definitely should get a raise.

    Two other dealers gave me a 48 hour turnaround time to just diagnose my Mach E. Cedric said you could get me in and looked at the next day. You identified the TSB that needed to be completed and added that to the list. I also had a new key fob programmed and I appreciate how easy it was to use my ford pass rewards to pay for the extra key. Overall great experience. Thank you

    Excellent customer care was given to me by Mike in the Service Dept! From the initial friendly-non-hurried phone call when I made the appt, to bringing my car out of the rain when finished, so I wouldn't get wet! Mike did a wonderful job and took care of every detail of my car service experience!

    Very easy service appointment process and quick turn-around time! Shuttle service while my car was getting worked on was a huge plus. My service technician Oscar L. was very professional, courteous, and friendly with me. His overall demeanor made me feel very well taken care of. From the moment he checked me in until I paid at the cashier. Thank you for the great service experience!
