  Before we went to arrived to another T-mobile store and had a bad experience. But, as soon as we got to this store I entered I was welcomed even though they were busy. They made sure I was noticed unlike the other store I was ignored. I’m so glad that I went to this store. It’s a great store and had a wonder experience I went on a Tuesday near 9pm. Thank you to all the team members.

  I visited this T-Mobile location yesterday in hopes of a new phone. I was greeted by a gentlemen named Edwin. He let me and my mother know the wait time.
  
  We were then assisted by Francisco who was patient with my situation. I was there for a while but the customer service made me feel at home. They sparked up a conversation and now I will be returning for their new cable service.
  
  Thank you again Edwin and Francisco for a wonder experience and all your help.

  I have been a loyal customer for several years, I first made the switch to T-Mobile back 2013 and I have been to multiple locations In the farmers branch area. I was in my way to down town and needed to purchase a cable to charge my iPhone and I came across this location.
  They seem super busy so I hesitated to come in however I’m glad I did I was greeted by a well groomed gentamen at the front his name tag said that he was the manager and I defiantly can see why. If I’m not mistaken his name was Edward. I believe that a customer focused business should have a face that represents well. I was then transferred and finished my transication with a young lady well knoladgabe in your services. I don’t normally write reviews this time was a must.
  Thank you and if it wasn’t that I lived so far I would come here more often.
