We ordered a trailer kit with brakes direct from the website. When I confirmed my order by phone, they told me it would be about 5 business days to ship. That was a Thursday. They shipped on time and I received it cross country the following Tuesday ( approximately the 8th business day ). Unfortunately, the axle was the wrong length, yet everything else was perfect and appeared to be good quality. They made it good and shipped the correct size that following Monday. So this made me a little late to complete the repair but I understand we are all human. Netta was terrific with handling this problem. Frankly she has one of the best customer service attitudes and was very patient and helpful. As a previous person stated I think they may have employees who are not thinking about what they are doing. Luckily they have Netta. I will order again online and do recommend them but also suggest checking with them before pickup or shipping to ensure everything is proper. Thanks
