The Auto Cave- Redbird Dallas

My experience with the Auto Cave Dallas Camp Wisdom location has been, so far, absolutely fabulous!
The process to get approved was quick, easy and user friendly. I applied online. Just a few simple questions. This is the pre-qualify acceptance. Next, i received a call from Auto Cave Sales. God and the Universe were in sync, giving me a personable, friendly, non pushy Salesman named Damon.
Damon was transparent, knowledgeable and kind. I felt he sincerely was on my team. He listened carefully and patiently to my needs then proactively began gathering my options.
He was direct with the process, with the expectations and the details of the contract.
He answered all questions, explaining in detail.
I appreciated being treated with respect as he answered my questions. At no time did Damon attempt to push or sway me in a certain direction.
This was easily the best car buying experience I have personally ever been involved with.
I received the vehicle I wanted without obstructions, hassles or bulls__t.
Thank you Damon for your time, your effort , your knowledge and your kindness. You made our interaction a positive and empowering car buying experience, which, as many know, is not the norm in BHPH dealerships.
