Took our rental here ( 2 separate , 2 separate times) one for a oil change and one for a tire replacement. Both times. Great staff and wonderful service. Seemed friendly and helpful for other customers I saw. Knowledgeable and great staff.

I have always had a great experience every time I have had my car ? work on at Firestone, this trip i needed 2 tires, great prices on their tires, not a long wait.

Unexpected Excellent service provided by Service Advisor Victor?????
I was referred to this location by my friend, neighbor & congregation brother, T. Chambers.

I observed Mr. Victor greet at least 3 customers by name as they entered the showroom, open the door for a customer needing a battery evaluation, give clear understanding of the customer service need and provide a concrete recommendation for next step(s) needed.

I was the customer needing his battery evaluated.
Victor noticed the residual acid buildup and predicted the battery was approaching it's life end given the battery was manufactured in Oct 2017.
The quick, 60-second test proved Victor correct.

I then asked for a quote for a new battery, and it was provided with labor, fees and taxes.
I did have ask for warranty info of the battery quoted, but I was impressed by this inaugural visit.

Four new tires and alignment. These guys were great. Positive & polite attitude. They even wiped the car key, door handle and steering wheel down before turning vehicle back to us. We are very satisfied with our experience at this location.
