I gave it a four, because the wait was to long. I don't know if all of the dental assistance was there. But over all they are very pleasant, the doctor was up front with me. I'll go back and I'll tell others about Jefferson Dental on Illinois.

Keiyon is an excellent hygienist, I've been coming to this location for ten years and have never had treatment this well before. Highly recommend!

Been having pain on a back molar and as of yesterday, the pain was excruciating. Tylenol and Orajel were not cutting it and I couldn’t even sleep last night from the pain. Luckily I made an appointment online and even decided to arrive early hoping maybe they could see me sooner. The receptionist was kind enough to get me going and was called in after paper work was done. Was seen by Dr. Rai and the dental assistants working were Priscilla, Steph,Ruby, Yoli, Leslie. My first time their and feeling greatful and blessed to have this team work Saturdays and for the job they do. Thank you. 😃😃

This office is so clean and well organized. Every staff member I interacted with was present and ready to help. The office also utilized the latest technology and really invested in the educational process. I feel like prevention is given a platform, and they treat their hygienist like the providers they are. I will be back as needed and hope to see them grow.
