  Nicole is a fantastic yoga instructor! She is able to run a class with various skill levels and create adaptations for each. She is able to customize a class based on your needs and abilities. I have gotten to know Nicole by taking many corporate private yoga classes from her over the past few years. She is great at encouraging, listening, pushing and developing your yoga techniques! Highly recommend!

  Nicole is the best! I'm training for two marathons and couldn't do it without her. She comes to every class extremely prepared and combines a great workout with deep stretching. Super upbeat and fun to be around. Extremely knowledgeable and tailors her private lessons to your exact needs. She also doesn't just sit there and given instructions on different poses; she helps physically guide you and stretch you every step of the way, to the point where she's often working just as hard as I am.
  
  Highly highly highly recommend! Worth every penny.

  Nicole is incredible and I love her approach to yoga. She wants all of her students to succeed and she’ll push you to better yourself. If you’re doing a posture incorrectly, or maybe you’re not reaching your full potential in a posture, she’ll come over and adjust you so that a.) you’re not going to hurt yourself and b.) you’ll reach your full potential for that day. When you enter the studio with her you can tell her exactly what you want to work on, what hurts, what’s tight and she can easily pull from her knowledge bank and experience and adjust any practice to your specific needs. As a student, I appreciate this. I also appreciate her attention to detail. I once did a session with her that focused heavily on the strength and awareness of the toes and feet. And though that might seem unimportant it was everything but! Having a better understanding and control of my feet has helped me tremendously and it would have never crossed my mind had it not been for Nicole. She’s wonderful, funny, warm and I love working with her!!

  Nicole is a great yoga instructor. Her knowledge and passion for yoga are both vast and true. Nicole's ability to convey that knowledge is amazing. It appears to be a trend where I'm more surprised every time I work with Nicole, and I love it. After every session I feel like my body and mind are in a better place.

  After I took a class with Nicole at a local yoga studio, I quickly realized she stood out from the rest. I asked Nicole to take me under her wing and to do private sessions with me and my husband. Our goal was to get stronger and more flexible and boy did she deliver. Every single session is different, focusing on a different area of the body and/or particular pose. She makes yoga fun while giving an excellent workout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
