Take 5 Oil Change

Easily the CLEANEST shop I've been to in my entire life, it's extremely impressive. Staff is also friendly, very communative, transparent, and efficient. They had about 5 people ahead of me and still had me in and out in an hour for a state inspection and oil change. Highly recommend!

Every single person was incredibly friendly and helpful! I waited a total of maybe 25 minutes, was in and out myself in 10! I was given water in the wait line, and updated on all my fluids and filters, told what I did and didn’t need, I really appreciate them not lying and trying to upsell everything under the sun. Love love love y’all, will be back!!

The young lady that waited on me was great. I went for an oil change, but your business did not have the oil filter for my car, but the young lady that waited on us check was kind enough to check our fluids because we were about the get on the road for an emergency visit back home to see my sick mom. Give her a raise and promotion. I wish I could remember her name, she was a white female, very cute, short, slim, brownish long hair.

I also want to point out that her coworker talked very rude to her and told her to hurry up on my car. I did NOT appreciate his tone or attitude. He was a slim white male. He needs custom service training.

I arrived for an inspection. There was a line of cars waiting for an oil change. One cool guy, when I told him why I was there, told me to pull around to the side and he'd get me started. I did, he did, and the inspection was done before I knew it.
I had planned on going downtown to the tax office to renew my tag with my fresh inspection. It was close to 5, I asked the cool guy if he knew the tag office hours. Yes, 5, I wouldn't make it. But THEN, he told me I could renew my tag (with the green renewal sheet) at Kroger's! I said And they'll give me the little sticker for my car? He said yes, I said THANKS! And then, thanks to Take 5's awesome attendant, I was able to make my car legal at 6pm!

The Take 5 Oil Change folks were awesome. I went in for an oil change and state inspection and they saved me money letting me know my oil was still in good shape and that it wasn’t necessary. When they did my state inspection as a new resident they also comped the cost as it was only $7 since my vehicle had only 2k miles. I left with jaw literally dropped! What a welcome to Dallas. I’m truly grateful!
