  I stayed here with my wife for our wedding and it was incredible. When I think of Rosewood now, I think of going above and beyond. From the check-in to the bar to the service...everything was beyond what my wife and I expected. We were given an upgrade (without even asking!), the staff at the bar were incredibly attentive and prompt. And our butler, Jake, went above and beyond as well. For example, all we needed was a special fridge in our suite and we came home to sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a personalized note congratulating us. These little personalized touches made all the difference for us. Thank you to Rosewood Mansion for making our wedding a truly unforgettable experience.

  My wife and I stayed here in November 2022 and were really impressed with the service and amenities; plenty of water pressure and heat, amazingly comfortable bed and sheets. Room service, valets and front desk staff were all helpful, professional and kind. The in-room phone was intuitive. The room and amenities were almost spotless and very aesthetic. We had room cleaning and the room seemed brand new when we returned, and anything brought to the room was done promptly. The staff was extremely efficient in packing and unpacking the car. Liz and I felt thoroughly well treated.
  
  Their restaurant was delicious, the food and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it; there is a strong recommendation for more formal clothes, but the food and service was worth it. I had never had vegetable juice that I actually liked before, and some of the best tomato basil soup of my life. The rest of their entrees were excellent as well. I had never had beef tartar before, and was a fan instantly.
  
  My only complaint was making sure the reservation in advance and any turndown detail were correctly set up, sometimes it was hard to get a good answer through the phone. However, the staff was very courteous and we got everything figured out in the end.

  What a terrific experience. Every second we were on the property was perfect. The Rosewood team is a team willing and ready to serve. The bartender at the bar, (the one who knows all the sports trivia), made it very special every evening. Loved having the Bellman greet me at the door with cold water after my run each time. Thank you for making our stay special and we look forward to spending time with you again.

  This hotel is amazing! The service is spectacular. Very top notch. The valet drivers are extremely kind and helpful. The front desk was very accommodating. I asked about parking near the Majestic Hotel and they printed out specifics on where I should park. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the bar was a great experience. We also ordered room service and it was delivered within 20 minutes. The pool was clean and neat with iced cold waters and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Pool side service is quick. We loved our experience and we will be back.

  I had stayed at The Mansion before the renovation, and, at the time, was so impressed by the staff and experience. The only downside of that visit was that the rooms were a little past their prime. It was still very comfortable, just not as luxurious as the rest of the stay. I was so excited to stay this time, knowing that the rooms and bathrooms had been renovated. I had high expectations, and I was blown away!! I think this is in the top 3 hotels I have stayed in, and I've stayed in some of the world's best. They are comfortable, luxurious, and elegant.
