Vickery Athletics

One of the best decisions I made was to join this gym a little over six years ago. It is not just a great place to workout, but also a great community. Vickery is full of coaches who care; they know every member by name and make sure that your are doing all the movements correctly and safely. Overall, Vickery is more than just a gym, it is a great community full of supportive, caring people that you won’t regret joining.

I joined Vickery Athletics in July of 2021 and it's been one of the best decisions of my life, hands down. For a long time now I've had a goal to lose weight and get in the best shape of my life, but that I'd do it on my own. After years of trying and failing, I finally decided to make a change and seek out the help within the fitness community that I always needed. I can say I found that in strides here at Vickery. Every trainer is knowledgeable and they take the time to get to know you on a personal level. They even have a nutrition program that anyone can sign up for, and I can personally vouch for this program. But most importantly of all is the community aspect. Everyone here is friendly and encouraging. We all support each others goals and love to see each other succeed, both in and out of the gym. If you're looking for a gym that has a strong community and challenges you to be the best version of yourself, look no further.

Before joining Vickery Athletics I was hopping from gym to gym trying to find a place that not only met my fitness goals but also a place that valued community. Vickery is the perfect combination of both. Every member supports one another and pushes each other to be and do their best. The coaches put their all into helping each individual meet their fitness goals. I have never felt full trust in coaches like I do at Vickery. Bottom line, Vickery Athletics is a family and I would 100% recommend joining to anyone.

I joined Vickery in March of 2021 to help me get in shape for my wedding dress. It’s been almost a year and I’m still a member at Vickery Athletics! Vickery is a community of people who do more than just work out. You can find a support system, great friends and coaches who care about your journey at the gym. Each coach is knowledgeable and they help you adjust the workout to your personal needs. Vickery is a place for people of all fitness levels!

Vickery has become a second home for me. I love the programming and the chill vibes that usually occurs day in, day out. I used to love doing a more "intense" workout method but it was starting to take its toll. I could only workout 3 times a week. When I started doing VA program, I was able to bump that to 5 days a week and even 7 days here and there. The focus is on moving well and understanding the intention of the workout for the day. And that's not even mentioning the best part: coaches bring their dogs!
