I did a month long training and nutrition program with Duane over Zoom and it was the best thing ever. He started me off with a simple routine and gradually increased intensity till I was able to do full 45 min high intensity workouts. He also coached me on nutrition and followed up regularly to help me stay motivated and on track. I highly recommend him and Eastside Athletics!

(May 3, 2019, 3:13 pm)Great people, great facility! I wanted to do some heavy lifting so I chose the open gym option. (The classes look fun and well programmed too.) These guys have all the equipment you need for a variety of S&C needs, and the people are very friendly - both staff and other members. I highly recommend ESAC!
(June 26, 2018, 11:36 pm)This was my first time working out in four years. Rob was an amazing trainer. The classes were small, so I got the individual attention. He made sure my form was correct, and even was I was dying on the inside his simple encouragement got me through my first day.
I did the upper body work out, and man did I feel the burn. I’m excited to keep going to the classes and seeing the results ! Would recommend.
