He takes your symptoms seriously, and is a Doctor I have repeatedly turned to when other Doctors either could not or did not help. He has basically saved my life on several occasions when I could not get anyone else to listen to me.
He is very affable and immediately lifts your spirits as he takes the time to explain things to you. Knowledgeable and empathetic, this Doctor will inspire you to believe that everything will be fine.
The staff is super friendly and nonjudgmental. Dr. Malone does not take my insurance, so I pay cash out of pocket. That probably says a lot. -

(December 5, 2019, 3:29 pm)Absolutely love Dr. Malone! He is down to earth and says it how it is, mind you, with a nice tone of course. Have been going to him for 3 years and though its a struggle getting to his office due to traffic, I deal with it just because of his attitude and goofiness.
Staff is great, they are nice and make you feel welcomed.
Billing is the worse! I have experienced rudeness like never before, but I only had to deal with the department once due to a bill. I could rate less, but Dr. Malone is awesome.
