I’ve been with State Farm for several years. Following my move from NY, I wanted to shop around a bit. After speaking with Justin over the phone, I stopped my search. Super friendly, very responsive and got me a great rate. Highly recommend this agency.

Ray and his team are superb when it comes to customer service! They are very responsive to any questions you may have. Ray is invested in his clients and is genuinely looking out for their best interest. He is by far one of the best insurance agent in Dallas. Highly recommend.

Overall, Ray Scott insurance is FANTASTIC. I have 4 vehicles and 2 mortgage insurances under them and I cannot be more happy with their service. Customer service is important to me. Not only is Ray such a great man, his team suits him well. Professional, hard working, knows their information, helpful, etc. I can go on and on. Ricky has been my go to person if Ray is not available. Ricky was so helpful to make sure we get the maximum discounts on all of our policies as well as other coverage he thinks is in our best interest. Definitely not a pushy person as I know many people in his profession gets commission like I do in my line of work (sales) which is a plus for me as I have encountered many "sales" people in many different industries including mine. Those are the type of people that I like to work with because they are looking out for your best interest rather than seeing you as just another dollar sign $$$.

Switched to Ray Scott State Farm through a friend’s recommendation about 2 years ago and have never looked back! Ricky has worked with me since day 1 to get the lowest rate on anything I need! He has amazing customer service, as do all the employees from The Ray Scott office! I always get a personal call from him before any changes are made to my deductible or account, and he takes the time to explain everything about my claims, as many times as I need to make sure I understand(which is usually a lot of times). Very pleased and would highly recommend, especially to young adults who don’t really know how the whole insurance thing works quite yet. They will not take advantage of you!
