I called Chase bank on Ross Avenue in East Dallas and to my surprise a very courteous young lady by the name of Leticia Carrizales answered the phone. First of all, I was so surprised a live person answered! I honestly thought my call was going to be routed to a call center somewhere. Anyway, I needed information about opening a checking account for my son and she went out of her way to explain the different options, she offered exceptional, excellent customer service. Ms. Carrizales was so pleasant and patient and answered all my questions. Congrats to Chase Bank for making customer service a priority! I was so impressed by Ms. Carrizales professionalism.
