(July 24, 2019, 2:35 pm)I LOOOOVE The Bar Method at White Rock! All of the instructors are so highly-trained, caring, helpful and fun! There is such a sense of community from the first time you walk through the door. My back pain from an old injury that I've dealt with for years has essentially disappeared and I am so grateful to Ally and her entire team. They are all so focused on ensuring a safe, effective workout and I always feel great after class. Try a few classes to see if it's for you. You'll be so glad you did!

The staff is so knowledgeable and inspiring. I truly look forward to each and every workout. Not to mention, the studio is SO cute and CLEAN!

(April 4, 2019, 1:42 pm)Bar Method white rock and its amazing staff helped me stay fit and feeling strong throughout 40 weeks of pregnancy. I was then so hooked and in love with the work out, that I circled back following! A clean studio, challenging classes but lots of support from a great staff. I recommend to all, and especially to pregnant women!

(March 22, 2019, 12:32 pm)ABSOLUTELY LOVE this workout! I've been active most of my life, usually running and yoga, but this workout has transformed my body. I'm stronger than ever and look fitter than I ever did running. The workouts are challenging and always a little different (but not so different that you can't keep up). I love that the instructors come around and correct your form, because that really makes a difference in the effectiveness of the exercise. I'm definitely a loyal Bar Method client for life!
