    After previously being "treated" at Baylor Hospital with such a lack of care, it was quite a relief to receive a completely 360 of an experience from a Medical City ER. I spent 7 minutes waiting instead of 2 1/2 hrs. The nurses and doctors were actually prompt and attentive to me. I was listened to about my symptoms and they took the proper steps to find out what my issues were. They got me on fluids, took blood tests, and even a CAT scan. I broke down in my room from pure disbelief of the care I was receiving. Thanks so much to the team, Marcie, Liz, Igor and Dr. Stucka.

    We couldn't have had better care today! My wife went in mid-morning with severe and continuous sinus pain and pressure. She had already seen an ENT last week who put her on antibiotics. With very little wait time, the doctor at this ER that helped her was very kind and conscientious. He did a CT scan and had the radiologist report within 15 minutes! We now know what needs to be done to cure this issue. We were very pleased with all the care here!

    Wow Factor. I've been to this ER room 3 times this year and have received the BEST medical care. Medical City ER park cities sets the bar for EXCELLENT STANDARD OF CARE! The entire staff(Dr. Allawardi, Chris and Leslie) were attentive and.very thorough. Thank you!! Five Stars for sure.
