  My wife and I lived here for 2 years.
  
  PROS: Excellent location, affordable price, and attentive office staff. The best apartments can be ruined by an apathetic office staff, but Flòr and her team were always very helpful and actively seeking to improve the complex's community, modernization, etc. This is rare. Maintenance was also prompt and we never had any issues. We felt safe in the location and there was regularly an approachable patrol officer we knew by name.
  
  CONS: The air ducts are old and dust build-up becomes a problem quickly. I would advise you to get your own filters and change them regularly yourself. My wife suffered a lot of allergies in these apartments, but that is partially due to the abundance of foliage outside. The outside is beautiful, but expect allergy issues if you have them. The parking spaces are narrow and you should expect to receive a few unaccounted-for dents during your stay as with most apartments unfortunately. During the time we left, there was a lot of construction blocking the already limited parking and the construction company they hired seemed to create more problems than they solved (they set fire to some of the apartments at one point).
  
  Overall, a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

  Have lived here in the past and came back after living out of state for a time. Beautiful place to live!

  Loved living here! Wonderful and well maintained facilities, kind staff, and white rock lake is basically your backyard!! Decently priced also.

  Literally the best place I've ever lived. The staff is so helpful and on top of everything, the location is absolutely perfect and even the small apartment feels homey. If I weren't moving out of state for work I wouldn't leave. I know the only place I'm looking if I ever return to Dallas is here. ❤❤❤
