  I started coming to SOTA in April of 2017 and lost over 160 pounds. I went on their maintenance program over a year and and have kept this new weight. I feel great and have reclaimed years of my life back! The Plano staff if always helpful and supportive - highly recommend you give it a try.

  This place is awesome. The people are incredibly nice and even better this program actually works. I have lost over 80 pounds since April and I feel awesome!!! Don’t wait. Do this now.

  The program works if you stick to it. 3.5 months in, I have lost 72 pounds. 55 more to go and I feel better than I have in 15 years. It has taught me how to eat and eliminated my sugar cravings that I have had since a child. No medicine or pills is a huge plus. The staff is always there for me and helps with the motivation.

  This is the most amazing program. They teach you how to eat. No calorie counting, point counting, or pills. I lost 30 pounds in 13 weeks and because the program teaches you how to eat-- I know how to keep the weight off. The staff is so motivating and helpful. Go see them now. Love the Fort Worth program and staff.

  Staff is very motivating, food is great and plan is very simple. If you follow the personalized plan, you will lose weight. The educational experience of learning how to eat and keep it off, once you get to your ideal weight, is the key! Cannot day enough good things about this place! Thank you SOTA for giving me my life back!
