(October 19, 2018, 2:34 pm)Brisket is tinder, smoky and juicy. It is definitely worth sinking your hungry chops into. Their sausage is not bad, I prefer more spicy sausage. But given that this is just regular sausage it’s actually good. The yams are buttery soft with that just right amount of cinnamon, we are talking yummy yummy yummy! The beans have just the right amount of tickle to Saufley tingle your pallet. The sweet onion is perfect. Now for the sauce, it’s Rich and dark and full of flavor.
All in all this is one of the best barbecue meals I’ve had in the Dallas area in quite some time.
