He help me find an unusual bolt for my car and a solution to help with some stripped parts that were no longer fitting together very well. It was so refreshing to be greeted, and then also helped immediately, compared to my experiences at Home Depot which are usually to get completely ignored and then wait in line for a while. They even sell really high quality dog food!
