If you see an item that you want and if they don’t have it, they will try to find it and get it to you. Every thing that I have purchased, I have gotten lots of compliments, and they ask me where are you shopping at? I tell them so they can have fun shopping as well. I initially ordered the wrong size of a dress I purchased online and realized my error when I received email notification that my order was being shipped. I notified Teresce as soon as I realized my mistake. She was so gracious and kindly updated my order on her end ensuring that when I received my dress it was in the correct size. I love the variety of selection and the quality of the dresses and suits I have purchased, but most of all I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and the timeliness with which I receive my purchases. It really is great customer service—I feel like a diva!
