My son moved to Dallas for a new job; my husband and I have been State Farm customers in Missouri for over 30 years and we asked for a recommendation from our agent for him. He gave us Mike Baker's name and both my son and I have been extremely pleased with the service, follow through and professionalism shown by Mike and his office staff. Every time my son had to call or email, he received a quick response. I also had a few questions early on, and Mike was very responsive and willing to be of help. I would honestly say that Mike Baker and his staff have lived up to the very high expectations I have come to expect from State Farm!
I've been with State Farm for over 15 years; 13 years in Missouri and now 2 years in Texas. Any time I've had to leave a message or email Mike or Jen, I've received a call or message back within a few minutes that is personalized to whatever I asked about. When my car was hit and the person didn't have insurance, they helped me through the process of getting everything filed and handled. When I had questions, they are more than happy to settle in and walk me through my quotes, coverage, or bills. I've been very happy with my experience so far.
I have been insured with Mike Baker for over 30 years, & for 30 years he has always been faithful in helping us obtain the proper coverage for our autos & homes. I recently had a hail damage claim & Mike & his office were very helpful in explaining what my policy covered & what the claim process was.
