  Dr Guild visited me and performed the quantaflo screening for peripheral artery disease. Surprisingly, I have a significant blockage in my left leg. I ended up changing my primary doctor because I never received a call from them after they received my results from this screening. I was hesitant about doing this wellness visit, but I am so glad I did. I am thankful to Signify health.

  I've worked for Signify Health for 2.5 years. I joined the team with a little more than entry-level experience and they have provided me with the experience and training to continue growing in the organization. My managers have supported my career development and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity I was given 2.5 years ago. The company culture is like no other. They strive to make this an exciting place I've to be and it's reflected in how much they do for their employees. Could not be more proud to be a Signify Health employee.
