My goals were to loose twenty plus pounds, achieve “quality” sleep and obtain overall wellness!
I started my journey with Taylor in January, and to date, I’ve lost 20lbs, and I haven’t slept “this well” since 2013!
Through a multitude of tests, I now know what my body can and cannot tolerate... inflammation and lack of sleep have both lead to the issues I’ve had for the past 7-8 years!
I cannot thank Taylor enough for literally changing my life!

After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I'm finally getting the help I need to support my gut health which is one of the main components of a healing journey. Taylor is incredible and extremely knowledgeable. Her guidance and encouragement throughout this journey with nutrition has been wonderful. She has the best energy and it's evident through her work that she truly cares for her clients and loves what she does. Can't imagine working with anyone else to get my gut back on track!
