  As someone not versed in the current immigration laws, specifically in the slight differences by State, it was a great help to speak to the lawyer directly. I found the Law Office of Yovanna Vargas via Google, read the reviews and decided to take a chance amongst many options. Fortunately, it was a great decision as Ms.Vargas was able to answer all my questions thoroughly, patiently and professionally.   It all started back in July of last year, 2017. As I was detained by immigration, and my sister contacted Mrs Vargas for the first time, to help with my case, is not a fast process I’m going to say that. But what really impressed me was the way Mrs Vargas handled my case; she worked with my sister Luz Castellanos hand to hand to make sure that she had the necessary documents; information and you name it. she really made sure we had everything we needed so we could get a bond posted on immigration for my freedom; on the other hand Mrs Vargas told me that everything that she would asked my sister to get; my sister would go an extra mile and beyond; getting even more than what she was asked for, my sister worked so hard on my situation, I would give my sister 5 big gold stars also.
  I honestly can say that Mrs Vargas not only take pride of her work but also takes every case so personal, is the way she took mine is what I was told by my family, the day I was granted the bond for my freedom I was told that Mrs Vargas was so excited for me and jumped of happiness with my sister. That tells me that she is not there just for the money but to really help people win their cases, if there is a chance obviously. I have been out on an immigration bond for almost 9 months now and we started a process of a work permit back in September or October and 2 weeks ago a was granted with a work permit, I Thank God for that and Mrs Vargas for her vision and hard work. We’ll see what else is coming up, I have a good feeling that this will have a happy ending for me. That’s why I’m not hesitating on giving Mrs Vargas and her staff a big high five and 5 big Gold Stars. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone. Thank you again.   Yovanna Vargas is the best immigration lawyer I have talked to so far. She is very knowledgeable of the law and has a genuine caring personality. I made a wise decision in talking to her, and I strongly recommend her services to anyone looking for an excellent and professional immigration lawyer.   Clarity of the process and what to expect, always stood by us and tried to keep things moving although the government kept losing things and making mistakes which slowed us down. Yovanna made sure we knew everything we needed to know up front and was patient while dealing with language barriers. She also made herself available on weekends for consultations when needed. My ONLY issue was that this office needs to use encryption and put stronger cyber security practices in place. But as a lawyer and guide, I was very satisfied and would send someone needing these services to her.
