(April 4, 2019, 8:55 am)I love that it is trainer-led. I definitely wouldn’t have as great of a workout on my own. Plus, it is still go at your own pace and you can monitor your heart rate. It makes for an excellent workout that is the right amount of intense!

I don't have to plan it out myself... which always meant doing the same 3 moves and not seeing results I wanted. Orangetheory changed that for me. It's safe to say I'm addicted to OTF and can't imagine life without it!
