She was treated very well and my family and I were very pleased with the staff from the moment we spoke to the director until her discharge. In fact, when her insurance ran out and she hadn't been approved for medicaid she said she wanted to stay as long as possible to get back to her normal even if that meant paying out of pocket. Thankfully we were approved and the business officer helped us every step of the way. If my mother or other family ever needs to seek skilled nursing or long term rehab then this is the place for us.
