(November 15, 2022, 4:37 pm)Years ago I was a manager at a brand new Michael’s. Newly opening stores or restaurants, even , always have glitches. It is good for the manager to know employees are “ just standing around “ not doing their jobs.
I used “ order on line for home delivery “ . There was indeed a couple of glitches. The store manager and the district manager both were fantastic. And went above and beond to resolve the issue. Give them a chance to settle in and improve customer service.
