Trinity Overlook Park

It's such a wonderful view of iconic Dallas architecture. Only downside - glass galore in the parking/ walking areas - extra caution.

This is one of the most popular spots to enjoy the Dallas skyline. Parking is available in a lot nearby, but most of it is limited to one hour parking. I'm not sure if it's strictly enforced, but be aware before going. There isn't any other convenient parking location nearby so get here a little earlier than you planned for. Trails lead to the top of the levee or to the bottom of the river depending on where you want to urban hike.

Great place to go running and cycling, especially early in the morning. Though I will advise ladies that go alone to keep your wits about you because this area is known to have some homeless people around it. I have only gone with friends so that I'm not completely alone but I'm sure if you stayed aware of your surroundings you'd be OK. I recommend wearing a good amount of bug spray as the mosquitos here are relentless. Came home with 10 bites. Also there's not really any shade so if you come for a run or cycle it should be done early so the sun doesn't evaporate you. Nice place to watch the sunrise or sunset too.

Beautiful scenic view of the D-Town downtown 😍 Mist visit overlook. Drive slowly around the corner and nearby the signal. Place is tricky in Google maps and Apple Maps.
