Griff and Rayna are the most humble and helpful trainers I’ve ever met! In the beginning I had no clue what I was doing but they helped me every step of the way with form and technique. Everyone is so friendly I absolutely love the environment! I recommend this gym to everyone. Join the CrossFit Aesthetics family!
