  I absolutely love this gym. The trainers are amazing and have helped me and inspired me. I am enjoying the FaceTime work outs too. I am able to access a great trainer when I am not at home and get a great work out too. I have been working out here for over 5 years. They care about their clients and it is very professional. Cant wait to get back IN the gym too!

  Fit180 has changed my life! In nearly two years, I have shrunk significantly (down four pant sizes!), and gained so much strength and through that - greater self confidence. The trainers are OUTSTANDING in terms of their knowledge, ability to keep pushing you, investment in your results - they are as committed as you are, and they are all just awesome people to share life with. I consider this team part of my family... not just a trainer, or a gym. In addition when I say "knowledge" I think of them as "trainer/physical therapy" and the reason is they GET injuries, and / or limitations and work around them and/or build you up to manage them. I have torn meniscus, arthritis and floating cartilage in my knees... I have not had one injury with these trainers ever, and given all the strength build up in my legs - I no longer get cortisone shots in my knees.
  
  In the course of 20 years, I have worked with many trainers (at least 10), and can honestly say, this place is the best I have ever experienced. Wish I could give more than just 5 stars!!

  Love this place! Every single one of their trainers are very experienced and customize your workout plan depending on your goals and health needs.
  I have friends that are expecting, new mommies, and all age groups that workout here and love it, so no matter where you are in life, check them out!
  The owner, Julie Hoang Taylor is beyond amazing and has created a family like culture, so it doesn’t feel “intimidating” like some gyms. (My personal fav trainer is RACHEL, she has whipped my 41 year old body back in shape! ?)

  Fit180 is great! They use the tried and true message of working hard and eating right. No gimmicks, just results. I was able to meet my goal weight in 3 months. The idea of using different trainers for each session really helps me from getting bored and keeps them challenging. I recommend them to anyone who wants to live a happier healthy life!

  I am beyond impressed with Fit180. They have the best trainers in the business and I am continually challenged by each of them. The concept of having multiple trainers work with you keeps boredom at bay and the results come quicker. I highly recommend the Fit180 team to anyone who is looking to get healthy and find the results they have been looking for!
