(March 18, 2019, 11:26 am)Great service! Got there when they opened at 8:30am on a Monday. Was done right before 9:30. I completed everything for my renewal and my daughters passport. After running into complications with the Frisco Post Office being unable to register online the drive to Dallas was worth it. They should close all post offices. The workers are useless!

(November 6, 2018, 2:49 am)I went in today to apply for a passport, after having been turned away at another acceptance facility by rude and lazy staff. This office was further away, and I expected a long line, but was pleasantly surprised by fast, efficient, and POLITE staff. I didn't have to wait long, and the experience was wonderful, especially after having been extremely frustrated at the other place. Highly recommend.
