“Visited last night before close. There was a short line and it moved so quickly. I was in and out. The young Caucasian female on the mic was friendly and helpful. The shift manager (young African American female) was courteous and had great customer service. Food was fresh and the order was correct. Will definitely visit again. “My wife had her gallbladder removed by Dr Nick Nicholson at this place (Highly recommend the man for any surgery you need... he is one of the few remaining Dr's that actually cares about the wellness of his patients). There was a scheduling issue between the doctor's office and the surgical center (the appointment was made after the facility was closed on a Friday and we got there on Monday morning). They were able to do the surgery anyway, and there was minimal waiting. I think the surgery only lasted about an hour, and we were soon in the recovery room. While I don't recommend having issues with your gallbladder, I can recommend these guys for your surgical needs. The nurses and other staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean.”

“I am a woman in her 70s with an advancing tremors condition. I have been treated by my primary care internist and have seen another specialist during the last 7 years. As this condition advanced, I decided to seek out someone who had specialized training in this area. I found DR. Chambers who had recently completed a Movement Disorder Fellowship at Southwestern. My encounter with her was excellent. Her physical review was very in-depth and her communication skills were excellent. Based on her analysis and recommendations, we jointly reached a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with going forward. She is an excellent physician, a very good listener and demonstrates an understanding of the difficulty that I as a patient have with this physically increasing disability. I highly recommend her.”

Coming here to give 5 stars to this location providing excellent customer service to fix the issues my store made on my latest prescription. I’ve been waiting many days to get my new medicine that’s replacing a different one and CVS Forestville Road not only failed to fill it but aggravated my prescribing doctor’s staff in the process. This Knightdale location called my provider, got my medicine filled in 15 minutes in what took the other location 7 days to still not have ready (and when their issue on their did get cleared up after almost 7 days it wasn’t even in stock to fill after all the hassle to get them to fill it).”
