“I live here in this safe and happy community where we enjoy large trees, Chili Cook-offs, dog parks, fire pits and horse shoe games the only thing better are my helpful neighbors and the gracious staff. And the price is right. I love everything about Diamond Oaks. I have lived here for about a year and the ownerTerri and Misty the Manager have made me feel right at home. Close to shopping and major highways, I can't think of any bad situations at all! A lot of my neighbors have lived here for over 10 years. I am 73 years old and BOY did I find Heaven on Earth. “Wow, What a gem! It's in a residential neighborhood. This a home that's been converted into a small assisted living facility, so it feels warm & homey, not institutional. The big difference is the staff. The care ratio is 1:3. How can you beat that?! I thought it was too good to be true, but they did everything that was promised. They cared for my family like he was their own. Everyone is clean & happy. There was no smell. The bonus was having him so close by, where we could drop by easily, instead of spending time driving. It's affordable care, close to home. Vacancies don't last long! If you live in far north Dallas, consider this option. You won't regret it!”

“I’ve heard about Triple D Finest from a few people so I decided to give it a try. I didn’t schedule an appointment, I was just planning on walking in and waiting for the first available barber. I showed up around 10 minutes before they opened, but E the barber was already there and ready to go to work. He helped me figure out the haircut I wanted, and he did a great job on it. They take their time and make sure everything is even and perfect. Would definitely recommend making an appointment with E.”
