Today was my third time with them, and I have to say, they went above and beyond. Jordan went FAR out of his way to get my prescription filled, trumy he did. And after calling me three times and being unable to reach me, he came to find me and delivered my prescriptiom personally. I work from home and had taken off due to the pain I was in, and was sitting on the couch watching Avengers when I heard the knock at the door. It was Jordan with the prescription. “God Send!! After having a horrible experience with another company, LVL rescued me. I was so freaked out and distrusting, but they just nerded out and figured out what needed to be done. That made me feel confident in their abilities; but because I had been messed over I took to looking at many hours of YouTubes and literally picked apart every thing. They were cool as cucumbers and answered all my questions. I’m a little over half way through my treatment now. I got into a car accident and because of that series of events I decided to go back to Invisalign. Lindy and the team reached out and provided our family with large gift bags full of very helpful goodies (burp cloths, pacifiers, bottles, clothes, diapers, etc….).
