“I give 5 stars for the staff. The nurses were amazing, the doctor was very kind and had a good bedside manner. I don't think you could ever pay these people enough for burning the midnight oil under such a stressful environment as an emergency department. A special breed. But, and this has nothing to do with the front staff and clinicians, the wait time is crazy long. I don't know why they understaff to such an extent. The physician you could tell was stretched and it was 7 hours from arrival to leaving to get a head CT and staples for a head laceration. 7 hours...is too long. Also the ER was not packed at all, there were maybe 5-10 people scattered around the waiting room with us.”

She and her staff continue to do and be their best. I walk like normal people now and exercise all the time. I can sleep without pillows,I don't use any pain pills or creams. No canes, crutches or walkers anymore. No grimace in my face from pain. Better go see her for RA. pain. I don't know how to make it any plainer.”
