“Now is the time to be a part of FBH!! I am a long time client of Donna Fisher. I am also recovering from a severe case of covid19 that lasted for 43 days! After a month in bed I was not sure how I would get back into shape but the FBH team came up with a personalized plan for me. I started out with FaceTime workouts from home to begin to regain my strength and stamina with Donna Fisher. Next, Muscle Activation therapy specialist, Allie Stilwell and Dr. Troy Kinney, chiropractor, helped tremendously with all the aches and pains that came from laying in the bed for a month. I was worried about returning to the studio but the amazing team including Dana, Gabrielle, and Ingrid work to sanitize continuously, appropriately distance clients and enforce the new rules. Home workouts were a great start but there is not substitute for the pilates equipment. I am so grateful for the FBH studio and this team for getting me back on the road to fitness.”

We did a walk-in and the Barber "Six foot" was kind to cut both of my grandson's hair. She did outstanding work on them. They are looking great. I will be back soon. Just to stick my head through the door and say hi. Oh, what a wonderful atmosphere. Now I understand why people hang out at the barbershop! BTW they do practices safe distance: the barber Six foot takes your temperature too. DON'T say thank you after you get all you need to look great. Show your graduate with a very, very nice tip.”
