I'd met Ray Daniels a few years ago and decided to give him a call and see if he had options. In about ten minutes not only was he able to work up a quote, he explained the differences between systems and the financing models (I confirmed this on Google later- he was dead on correct). Even with all the shortages of labor and materials, they got me a quick turn around. “Our heat went out and He was here the next day early. Diagnosed the problem, got it working partially while the part was ordered, and was back the next day to install it. Price was very fair. I had thought it was going to be very expensive, but, as always, every time we have used Wilson's over the last 15 years, they have always been fair, and honest. Even noticed something on our new system (installed before we bought our new house) was missing, it was a dust cover that they used tape over, Art and his son in law replaced it without question. They did not leave until they completely checked everything out, and that was a fast process also”

“I called Precision Plumbing and talked to Sara the very first time and it was to check my Water Heater as the water was getting cold faster and they adjusted my thermostat. Now works great. Then had to call another time due to a terrible smell in the Kitchen and Sara got me in fast to fix the problem. It took 3 different times to figure out what was causing the problem but Sara would work me in very fast. I appreciate all the hard work to get the smell out of my Kitchen.
