“This school is pretty good. I mean there aren't a lot of bullies, and there are plenty of nice people to hang out with if you get to know them. Some people may say that this school sucks, maybe because they haven't seen the good side of it, only the bad side. I will have to admit there is a bullying problem but the school does try to address it, mainly by assemblies. I'm rating it 4 star because it's not an exceptional middle school, the learning environment is okay but the teachers are great, don't get me wrong. Overall it's your average middle school, not like the social hierarchy some of these reviews state.”

“I have visited this church many times over the years, as it is my parents' home church. If you're looking for a beautiful sanctuary, you'll definitely find it here! But more importantly, you'll find God's Word being taught in its truth and purity. You'll hear the much-needed law of God and the even more needed Gospel of Jesus' saving grace. The pastor is outstanding and the people are friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a church home I would definitely recommend Calvary.”

When an entire neighborhood comes together to improve its school, like I have seen our PTA, local businesses and many neighbors do with "The Playground Project," it's a place I feel confident in sending my child to excel!”

They always keep my wife and I updated on how he is doing. St. Cecilia is a second home for our family. All of the faculty and staff members greet you with a smile and are willing to help in any way they can. Although my child is only 5, he already has a connection to his Catholic faith thanks to the teachers who put God at the center of all they do.”

I guess I was there for the graduation also although I remember being here in the spring and it was only a brief visit as we were travelling to Guadalupe and to see cousins in Indiana on the same trip. My cousins must have had more family meetings because they were more aware than we were.”

“This is a wonderful school. A small family run program providing a nurturing, caring environment for young children. The school directors are dedicated to the Montessori method and operate the school community accordingly. Parents of children at the school are very involved in the community and supportive and the directors provide regular parent education sessions on child development, Montessori education and other issues relevant to raising children in the Dallas area. The children are fed home made, organic meals and snacks and have the opportunity to assist with food preparation. My son loved attending this school and most of the time did not want to leave at the end of the day. We felt very comfortable leaving our son at Art of Peace knowing he would be cared for, nurtured, well fed and engaged in wonderful enrichment opportunities for young children such as growing and preparing food, taking care of critters, plenty of outdoor play and exercise as well as music appreciation, singing, dance, regular Montessori work projects, learning table manners and other gracious social behaviors and building positive relationships.”

“Braswell CD is an excellent daycare! The teachers and staff are all very caring and friendly. My daughter is 2 yo and is a student of Miss Jones, both Miss Jones and her TA Miss Barbara are great! The center is always clean and filled with fun arts & crafts made by students. It takes a huge burden off of my shoulders to know that my daughter is not only somewhere safe but also surrounded by loving people who stimulate her love of learning. I'm very thankful for finding Braswell CD!!”

“Our son has been going to SMU Childcare since we moved to Dallas when he was nine months old. Now, at almost three years old, he loves school and we love it too. The teachers and staff are so caring, and our son looks forward to going every day. On Sundays he can't wait to get back and see everyone. The teachers, staff and administration are also a great resource for parents. Potty training has been our most recent challenge made exponentially easier with the care and guidance of everyone at school. The facility is beautiful -- a welcoming place to come every day. The amenities, including scooters and tricycles, playgrounds for every stage, two meals and healthy snacks, can't be beat!”
