She met my mother in law at the hospital when doing an assessment for entry. She was so knowledgeable of the industry, pleasant, and just a true sweetheart. She made us all feel comfortable from the moment she walked in the door. We ended up dealing with Ursula in admissions for that actual process, and have been extremely pleased with not only the communication, but most importantly the care that has been received for my mother in law.
