The store has quite the selection of shoes, shades, belts, and other signature items that are always the newest version. The staff is friendly and has pretty good customer service. I gave four stars because some of the staff have a natural skill to deal with customers. However, some are lacking in that area. I will say that neither my husband nor myself has ever felt uncomfortable shopping at any of the Gucci stores, but I have seen some being treated less accommodating. My advice to the staff is not to judge a book by its cover, that book could be your best contributor!”
