They had someone come out and measure and unfortunately failed to recognize that our jamb was a 6 9/16" instead of the more common 4 9/16" jamb. Lowe's installed a door with the smaller jamb and walked away without a word....needless to say we had to purchase a second door with the correct sized jamb and find someone to install it right away as we were supposed to put our house on the market within days.
