Called while sitting in the parking lot to see if we could come in and Kathy at the front desk was so, so friendly and told us to come on in. She welcomed us in, and showed us around with the best attitude. I told her they were lucky to have her at the front desk as the "face person". Every company needs a Kathy on the front lines. I don't know if she loves her job or just loves helping people, but best customer service experience I've had in many years. Thanks for making us feel at home, Kathy!
