She is very skilled with managing our grouchy cat and is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Not only that, but she is also extremely kind and patient - I have NEVER felt rushed in our visits. She also responds quickly to any correspondence. Rachel also helped me manage my cat with kidney disease 10 years ago.
